What is your return policy?+
We offer a 14-day return policy for all products in original, unopened condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do your IEMs come with a warranty?+
All SimPhonio products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Driver replacement and shell repairs are available after the warranty period.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship within 2 business days. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Which ear tips are compatible with your IEMs?+
Our nozzles use the standard 5.5mm diameter, compatible with most aftermarket ear tips including SpinFit, Final Type E, and Azla SednaEarfit.
Can I get a custom fit shell?+
Custom fit options are available for select models. Please contact us with a mould or scan from your audiologist. Lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks.
